not really what you call...savoring it. eh? anyway...i'd pretty much completely forgotten about this place. no offense to any of you. but uh...its just not as cool as facebook or myspace. i dunno. im not hatin. i dont hate. sorry xanga.

anywho...news.
wow. well...i work at the gap. it sucks. hardcore donkey balls. whatevs. it gives me money. but not much, seeing as how i have to drive to sufu everyday and spend half my paycheck on gas. that part blows. as does doing the bitch work. wow. i really do hate my job.

i went to san francisco to visit an art school there. the city was AMAZING. wow. its probably my favorite. but the school had the exact same curriculim as this school in minnesota. so i figured hey, i'll go with the cheaper one. yeah. thats that. so the trip was fun.

aaaaaaaaand i'm homeless as of right now when i go back to school in the fall. i dont know how thats gonna fly. do with it what you will. i'm just trying not to freak out. im trying to decide whether going back to school is actually the better bet, than that of staying home and working every day and gathering up enough money to actually go back the next year without worrying if i have enough money to pay for stupid college education. whatever.

anyway...i talked to my friend jenny. and we decided we're gonna practice together and start singing the HSM songs, because there are auditions for a community theater production in sioux city later this year. and we really wanna be in it. so hopefully it'll work out fine.

Hey guys. Drina here. What's up? (Quick question: Does anyone ever come to this site, if so, message us and let us know that you do, and that will actually motivate us to post on here more than twice a year, lol. But really. If I knew that people actually read this and care about what I'm up to, I'd be more than happy to oblige! I'm sure Sam would too!)

So anyways. Happy Summer! (or at least what's left of it) What's new with us?  Well...I'm just working my tush off. I work at the state car lot here in town, and Sam's working at the GAP i know. Yep! We both have jobs! Go us! lol. I really like working here, I do mostly office work, answering the phones, files, etc.  I occasionally wash cars out in our shop too. It's an oddball job description, but it pays great so i'm not complaining! :)

Here in two days I'm leaving this side of the state, heading towards the Hills for a couple of weeks with my father and soon-to-be step mother. I'm excited to get away for a while.  We plan on doing all of the fun tourist-y things, Deadwood, Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Devil's Tower, you name it.  I'm pumped! Even though I've lived in SD most of my life, I've only been out there once, when I was like 12. lol. I think it's time I go back.

Other news, I'm getting on great with Reese (Do you know about Reese?) Well, we just passed the two month mark of dating! :) exciting! Except he lives 45 min away and with him and myself working a lot, there's not a whole lot of time to see each other, but we make it work.  It'll be interesting next semester, we'll be living two doors away from each other! yikes! It'll be fun. :)  Oh, I have exciting plans for Spring/Easter Break...going to Disney World!!! :) Yea! PUMPED! I am!

hmmmm...any other news... Oh! I forgot. I have now declared a minor! I'm going to get a degree in Photography! :D I'm super stoked about it! Even more than my other stuff! lol. I probably shouldn't say that but it's true!  hmmmm... I'm really excited for school to start. There's too much monotony (how do you spell that?) in my life right now. I mean, my time is full but it only with work... bleh. That get's me really nervous for after I graduate college...Is this how my life's going to be, just work and that's it?!? I pray that it's not! That would seriously suck!

So...I'm going to tell Sam that he should hop on here and post.  Because I know he's got a lot of news and i don't remember it all, He'll tell it better! haha.

OH! So who's reading Harry Potter? (Or should I say who's finished it?!) Lol, I'm actually really close to the end, I'm savoring it. I know that Sam was done with it really soon, i can't remember which day he actually finished! But what do you think about it?! I am really liking it! I won't say anything in case some of you haven't read it, but message me and we'll talk!!! :) Ps. Have you noticed JK R's obsessive use of colons (:'s ) this book?! It's seriously driving me bonkers! They don't even make sense most of the time where she's placed them! Argh! whatever though, it's still great.

WOW! And....again. we still aren't dead.  :D I'm sorry guys, if there is anyone that ever reads this...It's been FOREVER! Alright, so sophomore year.  how's it going?  Well, for me, the first semester was A BREEZE compared to this semester... I was doing so well, but wow.  Classes just kicked my but! lol.  So now i'm just working really hard (well, not too hard...) to get caught up.  Sam? I'm not sure how everything is going for him.  I know he's in New Orlenes right now, doing the alternative spring break thing.  I'm jealous. but that's great for him!!! Well, I know this is short but i really have to go because i'm actually procrastinating...ahh procrastination!  So I'm going to try to get sam to post more on here (and i will too! haha) alright, I'll check u later!  God Bless!

we're not dead!

hey guys! wow! really...what more can i say!? well, you know that i'm here now so it's all good.  So my summer's kinda sucky.  Just kind of a lot of drama that shouldn't even be in existance.  whatever! haha.  I'm sooo pumped for school to start.  i kinda view it as a breath of fresh air. you know? kind of like a new start!  ya!  oh, eric and i are still together. that's exciting, right?!  Oh, and Sam and I are involved in this group called the Drive-Thru Records Street Team!  I'll explain it more in deail later!  I am going to start posting on here regularly now, k?  Becuase with school starting and all, i'll be logging in a lot of laptop time, hence, i'll be able to reach out to y'all at more frequent intervals!  (ooo...that was good, wasn't it sam?)   oh! and another thing that sucks about this summer is the lack of Sam-age.  Minnesota?  what the freak?  argh, but whatever. as long as he's happy! maybe then he can buy a car! kinda like he was gonna buy one on April 1st.  remember that sam?  :|   hee hee.
